DJ TEAM - Professional DJ Agency

My name is Wiesław Kajm and I am the founder of the DJ TEAM. I am 34 years old and I have been working as a DJ for 12 years. I started my musical career at the age of 5 as a member of musical after-school classes. Later I had the honour to continue my musical education in the School of Music no. 1 on Basztowa Street in Cracow, where I had been persistently learning to play the violin, the piano and drums. Next stage of my career was the Secondary School of Music situated on the same street, where I started playing the viola. and I have completed the school with the Secondary School Certificate. Subsequently, I entered Musical Academy in Cracow, where I have bravely stayed until the third year. Unfortunately, I found out that my real destiny were mixers and other mechanical instruments. I started a Course for Sound Operators and also completed it with the Certificate. Following years were spent training on radio broadcast (RAK - Students' Radio and later BLUE Radio where we had our own program called STREFA G5*DJ Club). At the same time I got involved in regular organization of various kinds of parties (firstly I played with different disco clubs in Cracow). After some time with the experience I gained I mainly got involved in organizing more sophisticated kinds of parties such as: wedding parties, banquets, School Graduation parties, New Year's Eve Parties etc. ... (and it has passed 12 years since then ). I consider my musical education a significant value in this line of business. Throughout the time passed I cherished , in turns, opportunities to improve my spoken English (I spent the whole year in Australia). That also let me broaden my musical knowledge and different cultures' peculiarities such as: musical preferences.

I specialize in arranging parties in English. Additionally, I worked for DJ WORLD newspaper, where I conduced my own interviews with foreign stars.

After many years of fruitful work, plenty of commissions and a great number of satisfied clients I decided to broaden my business. I have been searching for qualified cooperators all the time - I have been training and monitoring them personally so that they could achieve professional musical skills in conducting various kinds of parties.

I consider the proper matching of music to be the main factor creating 100% successful party, while all the integrative games might turn out to be faulty (not including the greeting or the second day of the wedding party - so called "oczepiny"
